About me

I started Pottery with a potter's wheel experience in South London as a Christmas present from my husband in 2016.  I fell in love with the feel, the calmness and the products instantly!  I took to it quickly and desperately sought a class to join to learn more.  In time I invested in my own equipment, so when the pandemic hit, I was all set up and could continue at home.

I make mostly functionally ceramics that can be used around the home, but I also love Christmas so create all sorts of Christmas decorations too.

Just before the pandemic, I took to running workshops so I could share the joy of clay and pottery with others too.  We have relaxed, fun, friendly workshops which are designed for absolute beginners to introduce them to working with clay and enjoying the social aspect of talking and making together.

My bright, welcoming workshop was renovated and extended in the summer of 2024 so we now have more space to fill with beautiful ceramics!
